Basketball has a way of bringing life full circle.
In 1982, Michael Jordan played in the second McDonald’s All-American Game at the Cotillion Center in Wichita, Kansas—my hometown. I was just 3 years old.
One year later, at 4 years old, I was on that very same court as a ball boy.
I had no idea then that the game I loved would eventually take me across the country, allow me to compete at the collegiate level, coach future NBA talent, and shape so much of my life’s journey.
Sometimes the seeds of your purpose are planted long before you realize they’re growing.
Respect to the greatest to ever do it. 🐐🏀
