The Coeburn Fire Department would like to thank all our veterans — past and present — for your service and sacrifice to this great country.

We’re especially proud of our own members, both active and retired, who have served in the military. From all of us at CFD, Happy Veterans Day, and thank you for everything you’ve done for our community and our nation! 🇺🇸🔥

Road conditions have deteriorated quickly, with most having snow and ice on them.

Please reduce travel and speeds as road crews work to clear the roadways and law enforcement respond to motor vehicle crashes.

For many years, the Coeburn Fire Department hosted a Safe Treat event at the station. Eventually, we added popcorn to the mix — and before long, that became the main attraction!

Eleven years ago, our department decided to take things a step further with a bold new idea: a townwide Trunk or Treat. It took off right from the start and has been a community favorite ever since.

A huge thank-you to all our Fire Department members, churches, businesses, and community volunteers who make this event such a success year after year. Despite the cold temperatures and bitter winds, the turnout last night was amazing.

Another great year in the books — thank you all for coming out and helping make Halloween special for our kids!
