Idaho Child Welfare Research and Training Center is a branch of EWU that recruits, trains and serves the Foster and Resource Families across the state of Idaho. This page shares events and communication related to the North Hub (Regions 1 & 2) covering Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene and Kellogg south toward Moscow. Our program is also known as FosteringIdaho.
