At this month’s regular meeting which was held 8-6-26, Coffeen Royal Neighbors presented a $500.00 check to the Coffeen Fire Department. This donation will be used to purchase a Georgia Hook, Lockwood Hook, and a Colorado Hook. We appreciate Coffeen Royal Neighbors for this generous donation and for helping provide us with this new equipment to serve our community.

The City of Coffeen will be applying for the OSLAD Grant. A Public Meeting will be held August 17, 2026 at 5:45 pm at Coffeen City Hall. See the proposed layout and cost for the renovations at Community Park. The Coffeen community is invited to participate in the survey and attend the meeting. Please share

City of Coffeen Public Meeting

A public meeting will be held on Monday, August 17th, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall, 107 Locust Street, Coffeen, IL 62017. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide information regarding a proposed OSLAD (Open Space Land Acquisition and Development Program) grant for funding park improvements to the Community Park located within the City of Coffeen. The public is invited to attend and provide input on the proposed project.
