⚠️ Gas Leak / Temporary Power Outages

Emergency crews are responding to a gas leak in the area of 8th Street and Buckeye.

For the safety of everyone on scene, emergency personnel have requested that Coffeyville Municipal Light & Power temporarily disconnect electric service in the area while the gas leak is repaired. This precaution helps reduce potential ignition sources and allows crews to work safely.

At this time, the exact outage area is unknown, and there is no estimated time for restoration. Electric service will be restored as soon as the area has been deemed safe.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews work to resolve the situation safely. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Trash service will run as normal and will be picked up on Friday, July 3.

🌳 Tree Dump:
The Tree Dump will operate during its normal hours, with one exception—it will be closed on Saturday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
