July 3rd there is a 250th Birthday party bash at the Coggon Library 10:00 AM. Join us! Everyone welcome. There will be a cupcake decorating class and a cream cheese mint making class as well as other food and games. Needing volunteers! Anyone have cake decorating skill and want to teach a quick class? Great morning at the Coggon Library! Over 80 kids showed up to tiedye! Great turn out! A little hectic! If you got scared away by all the people the dye is still back behind the library stop back by and dye a patriotic shirt or what ever you have to dye. I will take it down at 4:30. If anyone wants to stop by and dye something please come see me! Adults or kids invited.

Friday June 5th 10:00 we are doing tie-dye at the Coggon Library. Bring something to dye. Shirt, towel what ever you would like. Please wear old clothes! Some shirts available for purchase. $5.00.

Wow! Summer Safety and Bike rodeo was a lot of fun! Thank you to all who came and helped make it a success. I think we had 60 kids attend. Hopefully it gave them some safety tips to have a safe and fun summer. Thank you to the lions club and fire department for the help. Thank you to Michael Krogmann
Coggon Library is closed on Tuesday June 2nd. It is an Election day so there is voting at the library and no library business can be done.
Activity hour on June 5th at 10:00 will be tie dying. We will be making red/white/blue shirts to help celebrate the 250th birthday!
Wear old clothes you do not care if it gets stained. Bring a white shirt or what ever you plan on dying. Coggon Library does have some new shirts sizes child S and M and Adult XL for $5.00. Adults can make a shirt too!

First week of summer activity hour at the Coggon Library! Join us on Friday at 10:00 for Summer Safety and Bike Rodeo. We are closing Second Street between Main Street and Market Street from 8:00 to noon. Please avoid that area so we can have a safe closed bike rodeo site. Bring you kids, their bikes and helmets. No kids? No problem just come and watch or help! Volunteers always welcome. There will be extra bikes on site for the kids. Bring extra bikes if you have any to loan.
