Wow! Summer Safety and Bike rodeo was a lot of fun! Thank you to all who came and helped make it a success. I think we had 60 kids attend. Hopefully it gave them some safety tips to have a safe and fun summer. Thank you to the lions club and fire department for the help. Thank you to Michael Krogmann
Coggon Library is closed on Tuesday June 2nd. It is an Election day so there is voting at the library and no library business can be done.
Activity hour on June 5th at 10:00 will be tie dying. We will be making red/white/blue shirts to help celebrate the 250th birthday!
Wear old clothes you do not care if it gets stained. Bring a white shirt or what ever you plan on dying. Coggon Library does have some new shirts sizes child S and M and Adult XL for $5.00. Adults can make a shirt too!

First week of summer activity hour at the Coggon Library! Join us on Friday at 10:00 for Summer Safety and Bike Rodeo. We are closing Second Street between Main Street and Market Street from 8:00 to noon. Please avoid that area so we can have a safe closed bike rodeo site. Bring you kids, their bikes and helmets. No kids? No problem just come and watch or help! Volunteers always welcome. There will be extra bikes on site for the kids. Bring extra bikes if you have any to loan.

Summer has arrived. Schools out! Enjoy your time out of school! Please be safe. Coggon Library first activity hour on Friday May 29th addresses Summer safety. And don't forget to bring your bike and biking helmet for the bike rodeo!
Summer Reading is also starting on May 26th. Stop in and sign up and get a reading log. For every hour of reading you will get a prize entry. First weeks drawing will be June 5th. Reading is so important and like everything to get better at it you need to practice!
Activity hour every Friday at 10:00 with Free Lunch Friday at 11:00.

Feels like summer today! School is out next week and Coggon Library Summer Activity hour starts on Friday the 29th at 10:00. The first activity hour is focusing on Summer Safety. Please Join us! Be safe!

Coggon Library is closing at 6:30 today May 12th so I can go to the North Linn music program. I'll be in tomorrow at 8. Have a great night.

Today May 6th at 3:00 stop by the Coggon Public Library and make Mom a Mother's Day present!
Also available Friday (May 8th 9:00 to 4:00) and Saturday (May 9th 9:00 to 11:00).
