Burnham Memorial Library We are the public library for the Town of Colchester, VT. Burnham Memorial Library is the public library for the Town of Colchester, Vermont. Etta Burnham.

The original building was constructed in 1942, with funds bequeathed by Mrs. The library is located down the road from Claussen's Greenhouse and Union Memorial School.

Completing this survey will help guide the creation of the 2027 Town Plan, which will be THE vision document for the Town of Colchester. The Town Plan is revised and adopted every eight years and seeks to gather input from as many stakeholders as possible.
