You may be curious as to why there is memorial bunting up at both fire stations and our museum. Well this past week, unfortunately, we’ve lost two special members.

On Sunday, 70 year member, Fred Brown passed away. Fred was our Deputy Chief for 15 years.

Flora Gustafson passed away last night. She was the charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary 67 years ago.

Both of these members were legacy members with their sons being members as well. May they rest in peace.

We are happy to announce that we have a new member in our 28 family!! Please welcome to the world Gabrielle Rose Szuba, daughter of FF/EMT Elizabeth Szuba & FF/EMT Jared Szuba.
She was born Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. Gabriella is 6lbs, 12oz and 19 inches long. Everyone is healthy and doing well.
