UPDATE — 7/14 we just got another call of a sighting that sounds more confident at the construction site near College Avenue in College Park very close to the spot where she was last seen. 7/12- The scent trail picked up by the tracking dog indicated that she had returned to the University Park neighborhood in College Park and had approached the front door and garbage cans of several houses. There have still been no confirmed sightings of her. I do think there’s a good chance she is trying to find her way home at this point. If you are in the area and have a neighborhood listserv or Nextdoor account, could you please post there? 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ Original message from July 11: Our dog, Penny, escaped from her dog sitters house in College Park. She’s a white jindo. This breed is known to travel long distances to return to their master, so there’s a good chance that she will try to find her way back to our house in four corners Silver Spring. If you see her, please don’t chase her, because she will run but please call 202-281-8889 or 202-281-8888. Thanks for all the shares and advice. Anyone near the Silver Spring or College Park area, can you please share this? ❤️❤️🙏
This is our dog Misty. She got out of the yard last Friday. She looks like a puppy but is not. She is 6 years old. If you find her please contact 301-830-3507. Her 4 year old human misses her.
