Looking for a fall semester internship? Our MaryPIRG 2024 Fall Internship application is LIVE! We’re looking for students who are passionate about climate action and student activism to join our team this semester.

Students can earn course credit for their internship. No prior experience is necessary! Students will attend weekly Activist Classes and learn hands-on organizing skills. The internship is on-campus and flexible for student schedules. Apply now on our website!

On Monday, .mscac student leader, Emma Green joined our partners at for a rally to support ! Climate Solutions Now calls for a 60% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, net zero by 2045, and reduced emissions from transportation and buildings. The bill has passed out of the Maryland State Senate, so now it’s time to pass Climate Solutions Now and it’s companion bills in the Maryland House of Delegates! Combined with our work to pass the , these bills set up our state to lead on climate issues! You can take action now with the links in our bio 🌎

Students across the state are loud and clear: we are ready for a greener FUTURE and we are calling on our legislators to lead by passing the 🌎 In the past week alone .mscac has generated: ☎️ over 100 calls and emails to delegates 📧 hit our 3000th petition signature 🖊Met with 5 delegates 🤝 and collected and delivered 85 handwritten letters from students all over MD 📫 And we’re not done yet!!!! Stay tuned for even more event coming up over the next week!
