Timesheets are due no later than 5 pm, Wednesday, November 2nd.

October 20 - November 2

***Remember to make sure you have both your signature and your supervisors signature on your timesheet.

As I’m sure you know, we actually sing the second verse of the fight song today. “Pinky” Wilson wrote it in 1918 while he was standing guard on the Rhine River during World War I. After returning from the war, he received a lot of criticism for its hostility towards the University of Texas so he decided to write another, first verse. The students refused to sing it however. It goes like this:
Hullabaloo, Caneck, Caneck

NEW Timesheet Signature rule:

Beginning on Novermber 2, 2011 both the student and an authorized supervisor must sign all timesheets. If I receive a timesheet after Nov. 2nd without both signatures I cannot accept and submit to payroll.
