Bvgsa The Brazos Valley Girls Softball Association (BVGSA) was developed to provide an active oversight of girl's fast pitch softball.

Girls' fast pitch softball is designed to provide a positive experience in team sports and teach the basic skills of softball. Participation in this program will allow advancement to TAAF and ASA Tournaments.

Cougar softball will host a softball camp the first week we get out of school, May 28-30. Younger campers will attend from 8:30 - 10:30 and older players will camp from 10:30 - 12:30.

Each Spring Season BVGSA offers applications for High School Seniors to apply for the Mike Holberg Scholarship. Mike was the Director of Operations for BVGSA and passed away in February 2020. Mike was an amazing father, son, husband, coach, and community leader who was also very involved in his church. Mike spent a lot of his free time making sure that BVGSA was effectively operating each season and was working to help it grow. When Mike passed away, it left BIG shoes to fill and a hole in the BVGSA Community. BVGSA wanted to find a way to keep his legacy within BVGSA alive and something that could still help the girls/daughters of BVGSA grow.

Good Morning BVGSA Families!

Evaluations this afternoon ARE CANCELED. The City of College Station has closed Bee Creek due to the fields being unusable because of the rain we received yesterday afternoon.

Evaluations will NOT be rescheduled, all players will be drafted unseen.

Everyone will hear from their coach later this week (Wednesday/Thursday). TeamSideline team pages will be active after the draft and information can be found there as well.

Practices will start Monday, February, 23rd.

Hello BVGSA!

Spring Registration will close TONIGHT at 11pm CST. We will NOT have late registration unless there are open spots in the division. Registration is first come first serve for new and returning players.

If you have not already registered please register ASAP.

VOLUNTEERS: We always need volunteers! Please consider volunteering for Head Coach (coach), Assistant Coach, Team Parent or Board Member. If you would like to volunteer, you will need to register yourself for each position that you like to volunteer for. If you have questions related to volunteering, coaching or board member, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide more information ([email protected]).

Hi all!!!
Registration will OPEN January 3, 2026 (late afternoon) for the Spring 2026 Season. Registration will close Thursday, January 29th, 2026 at 11:00pm CST. Space is limited, and divisions may close once full this could happen before the deadline (Jan. 29th). Once a division closes, a waitlist will open. Spots are filled based on registration date and time, first come first serve. This applies to new and returning players. No Late Registration unless there are open spots in the division.
WAITLIST INFORMATION: If you are waitlisted, you will be notified of your registration status via email 3-4 days after registration closes.

Congratulations to the Fall 2025 winners of our 12U division! Placing first was Team Awesome! Coming in 2nd place, Texas Heat! We are proud of you girls, and very thankful for the coaches who volunteer their time and effort for these young girls! What a fun season!
