This is a fun way to get you and your kids reading this summer.

🦖Join us on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our Summer Reading Kickoff and get ready to Unearth a Story!🦖

This dino-sized celebration will feature Touch-a-Truck, crafts, games, and shows from Magic Mr. Nick’s Dinosaur Crew. It’s a fun-filled way to start the summer and explore this year’s reading adventure.

This is also a great time to sign up for the 2026 Summer Reading Challenge. If you have participated in one of our programs before, your Beanstack account is still active, but you will still need to register for this year’s challenge. If you are new to Beanstack, library staff and teen volunteers will be available to help you create an account and get started.
