If your little one watched a Little Free Library get installed on Sesame Street, come check out a real one!

Remember, you don't have to leave a book to take one. I'm always getting more donations and poking around used bookstores for if we get too empty!

In a recent episode of Sesame Street, Charlie hopes to install a "little library" for residents to exchange books!

We love Sesame Street! The show has played such a longstanding role in children's development. Sesame Street is the perfect place to have a book-sharing box because they value children of all backgrounds and abilities.

We were overflowing! Come grab a book before we get snowed in!

I just did a quick reorganization before the snowstorm and pulled some of the piled up stuff to add to my backstock for the next time we're low. Please don't triple stack books, it makes it dangerous to open the doors and hard for people to see what books are in there. You can always reach out to me if you have books to donate and there's no room and I will add them to my refill when it's low pile!

Stopped by to reorganize because we were overflowing with kids books!

Also bringing back an idea from a kind donator on our first Halloween, there are some donated costumes (and pieces) in the bag for anyone in need to take.

If anyone has a small bin or basket for the thin kids books to donate please do! Every time I put one in it disappears and the kids books that are too thin to have words on the spine tend to get crushed or missed among the thicker ones. I'd rather give them their own basket.

Stopped by to reorganize. We're a little low on kids books on the bottom shelf so I'll see what's in my backup pile and hopefully refill later this week.

Added in a few older bestsellers and some interesting cookbooks someone donated today.

Someone (or several people) donated a bunch of hardbacks and I had a stack of middle grade books to add to The bottom today so I stopped by and reorganized.

I added a basket for the kids books that are tiny and super thin so that they don't get lost. And I left some sidewalk chalk if anyone wants to draw in front of the library.

Please leave the basket if you visit the library!

Happy Weekend!
I noticed that the kids shelf was running really low, so I pulled out some of the donations I still had at my house and refilled it. If you head up to the beach this weekend, stop by the library!

We weathered yesterday's storm well even though we were only a few streets away from the tornado.

We're also very full! Come pick a book to read outside in this warm weather!

Some of the shelves were a little light when I stopped by earlier in the week so today I added more books from the donation overflow.
