🌿🐾 Adventure Awaits at Covington Ridge! 🦒🦓

This week, we’re heading out for a fun-filled day Little Creek Landing, and we would love for our Covington Ridge families to join us!

We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch, spend time visiting with some amazing animals, and take a relaxing safari ride through the park. It’s the perfect opportunity to make memories together, enjoy the outdoors, and share a special day with your loved one.

🌳🧵 Buttons, Blossoms & Beautiful Memories! 🧵🌳

This afternoon our residents put their creativity to work as they created colorful button trees! Using buttons of all shapes, sizes, and colors, each masterpiece became as unique and special as the person creating it.

We think their button trees turned out absolutely beautiful! 💕🌳 A BiG thank you to Kelsey with Senior Helpers of Hattiesburg and Gulfport for helping bring this craft together and spending the after with us!

Our residents took creativity to new heights today! ✈️

We designed some pretty fancy airplanes then put them to the test in our very own “Great Airplane Race!” There were lots of laughs, as always friendly competition, and plenty of cheering as the planes soared across the room.

Who knew paper airplanes could bring out such big smiles? 💛

🎉💰 “Who’s feeling lucky?!” 💰🎉

This afternoon we had an absolute blast with a little Penny Auction fun thanks to Lauren Caldwell and Gentiva Hospice. Residents enjoyed lots of laughs, friendly competition, and bidding on some awesome goodies and treats. From snacks to little prizes, everyone was excited to see what they might win next!

There may have been a few “bidding wars” going on around the room 😄 but the smiles and excitement made for a perfect afternoon!

Yesterday afternoon was filled with friendly competition, and good company as our residents enjoyed some fun tabletop games together! 🎲❤️

From dominoes to Connect 4, everyone had a great time showing off their skills and sharing plenty of smiles along the way.

Nothing better than an afternoon of games, friendship, and making memories together! 😊

Cruising into Hospital Week fun at Covington County Hospital! 🌴☀️🚢

Our Covington Ridge crew had the best afternoon visiting with the amazing hospital staff! We enjoyed yummy tropical snacks, lots of laughs, and a fun game of cruise bingo with some awesome prizes. 💙

Thank you to the dedicated healthcare workers who work so hard each and every day to care for our community — we appreciate all that you do! 🌺🏥
