Today for story hour we are celebrating the life and legacy of Dolly Parton.
Dolly founded the Imagination Library in 1995, this program mails a free, high-quality book every month to children from birth until they start school. She has gifted over 200 million books across 5 countries. She started this program to honor her father who was never taught how to read or write.
