Collinsville Library The Collinsville Library is the oldest library building and only remaining Carnegie Library in the TCCL System.

Collinsville Library was begun by the Comedy of Errors Book Club in 1903 and has continued to serve the surrounding community ever since. This site is designed to promote Tulsa City-County Library. Content will be moderated by library staff and Tulsa City-County Library reserves the right to remove user-posted content. Library programs are free and open to the public.
