Normally, Labor Day Weekend marks the end of splash pad season, but Mother Nature apparently didn’t get the memo! With temperatures soaring into the 100s, we’re extending the season and KEEPING THE COLLINSVILLE SPLASH PAD OPEN!

We know families are looking for ways to escape the extreme heat, and what better way to cool down than with a little extra splash time?

Season EXTENDED beyond Labor Day!
100°+ temperatures = more time to cool off!
Splash Pad remains OPEN!

We’ll continue to keep an eye on the weather and give everyone a little more time to beat the heat, make some memories, and enjoy one of Collinsville’s favorite summertime spots.

So grab the swimsuits, towels and sunscreen—we’re squeezing a few more splashes out of summer!

EXCUSE OUR MESS… GREAT THINGS ARE ON THE WAY!
Time ages everything — and our beautiful Collinsville City Park is ready for a facelift!

Beginning Monday, September 7, crews will start work on a number of much-needed improvements throughout the park. Some of these areas have served generations of Collinsville families, and we’re excited to give them the attention they need so they can continue serving our community for years to come!

Baseball field updates
Fencing improvements around the baseball fields and tennis courts
New pickleball courts
Restroom updates and fresh paint
Permanent co****le boards replacing the old horseshoe pits
Plus many more repairs, updates and improvements throughout the park!

The park WILL remain open while work is underway, but please remember that it will temporarily look and feel like a construction zone in some areas. We ask everyone to use caution around equipment, materials and active work areas.

Parents, please do not leave children unsupervised in the park while improvements are underway.

There may be a little dust, a little noise and a little inconvenience along the way, but we think the finished result will be worth it!
Thank you for your patience as we invest in one of Collinsville’s longtime community treasures and build a better place to play, gather, relax and make memories.
