We also provide financial assistance to qualifying families in the Collinsville Unit 10 School district, help to people traveling through this area who are stranded in Collinsville, and temporary housing assistance for those who have no place to stay in Madison County. We also collaborate with other Collinsville busi

nesses, agencies and churches to help with back to school supplies and Christmas food baskets and a Christmas toy drive and give away.

We want to give "Thanks" to the Woods Basement Systems, Inc. crew that came out on Friday to help us. They helped carry groceries out for clients, helped with the deli selection during distribution, and helped organize the Tote Me Home pantry for the start of the school year.
There was a quick surprise during this visit... Our door to enter the warehouse area was broken and a piece of cardboard was folded to keep the door closed (we had to MacGyver it) 😅. One of the volunteers called another volunteer (his son) that was making his way in to help. Told him to bring a doorknob to install for us!!! 😲

What a blessing, it's the "little things" that make a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

We just want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Polar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. We had an issue with one of our toilets that needed some TLC and they came and fixed it. We then had an air conditioner fail and our lobby area felt like a sauna for a bit, they came and fixed it. Then our warehouse air conditioner started with issues, we called, they came and fixed it. Not only did they fix our problems, they were fast, considerate, professional, and have the BEST customer service.

Thank you for your outstanding service!
