Join Chief Stone and your neighbors for a bike ride on trails in the Colmar Manor area this Saturday, June 13th. Meet at 10 a.m. at the Colmar Manor American Legion, 4103 Lawrence St. The ride is for all ages, about 10 miles, and mostly car-free on trails. We'll take the Anacostia Trail to Lake Artemesia and return via the Trolley Trail with a stop for ice cream.

Saturday is also Trolley Trail Day. There will be activities and entertainment along the way, More info on Trolley Trail Day at https://www.trolleytrailday.org/

Acompañe al jefe Stone y a sus vecinos en un paseo en bicicleta por los senderos de la zona de Colmar Manor este sábado 13 de junio. El punto de encuentro es a las 10:00 a. m. en la sede de la American Legion de Colmar Manor (4103 Lawrence St.). El recorrido es apto para todas las edades, tiene una longitud aproximada de 10 millas y transcurre mayoritariamente por senderos libres de tráfico vehicular. Seguiremos el sendero Anacostia Trail hasta el lago Artemesia y regresaremos por el Trolley Trail, haciendo una parada para comer helado.

Maryland's Primary Election is Tuesday, June 23rd. In-person early voting is from June 11 to June 18. Colmar Manor Town Hall is a polling place for Colmar Manor and other local residents on June 23rd. Colmar Manor Town Hall is NOT a polling place for in-person early voting or a drop box location. See graphics for early voting and drop box locations.

Memorial Day is Monday, May 25th. In observance of Memorial Day, Colmar Manor town offices will be closed. If you have a police or fire emergency dial 911. For non-emergency police response please call 301-352-1200.

On Monday at 11:00 am Colmar Manor American Legion Post 131 and the Town of Bladensburg will host a Memorial Day Service near Peace Cross in Bladensburg. All are invited to attend. A luncheon will follow at the Colmar Manor American Legion. In case of inclement weather the service will take place at Bladensburg Town Hall.

TRASH COLLECTION CHANGES - Only household trash will be collected Monday. There will be no yard waste collection on Monday and no bulk trash collection on Wednesday. Recyclables will be collected SATURDAY.

El Día de los Caídos (Memorial Day) es el lunes 25 de mayo. En conmemoración del Día de los Caídos, las oficinas municipales de Colmar Manor permanecerán cerradas. El lunes, a las 11:00 a. m., el Puesto 131 de la Legión Americana de Colmar Manor y el Municipio de Bladensburg organizarán un servicio conmemorativo del Día de los Caídos cerca de la Peace Cross, en Bladensburg. Join Chief Stone and your neighbors for a bike ride on trails in the Colmar Manor area this Saturday, May 16th. Meet at 10 a.m. at the Colmar Manor American Legion, 4103 Lawrence St. The ride is for all ages, about 10 miles, and mostly car-free on trails. We'll stop at the playground ribbon cutting at Colmar Manor Park (see pic) then head to César Chávez school in Hyattsville for their open house. They'll have activities and vendors.

Únase al Jefe Stone y a sus vecinos para un paseo en bicicleta por los senderos de la zona de Colmar Manor este sábado 16 de mayo. Nos reuniremos a las 10:00 a. m. en la American Legion de Colmar Manor, ubicada en 4103 Lawrence St. El paseo es apto para todas las edades, tiene una longitud aproximada de 16 kilómetros y transcurre mayormente por senderos sin vehículos.
