Prepare for a spook-tacular time at the Annual Fall Festival and Halloween Golf Cart Parade in Colonial Beach! This family-friendly extravaganza unfolds on the picturesque Town Hill, nestled at the corner of Colonial and Washington Avenues. Get ready for an afternoon packed with children's activities, including food and craft vendors, arts and crafts galore, entertaining games, a cozy fire pit to gather around plus costume contests for ADULTS and CHILDREN on Town Stage.
