๐Ÿšจ Y.E.P.! WE HEARD ๐Ÿšจ

The Colonial Heights Police Department is aware of social media chatter regarding large gatherings at Southpark Mall this weekend. We are working closely with mall management and will have an increased presence in and around the property to help ensure a safe environment for all visitors, employees, and businesses.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to remain aware of their teensโ€™ activities and review the mallโ€™s YEP (Youth Es**rt Policy) before visiting.

Any reckless behavior, disruptions, fights, or illegal activity will be addressed promptly. If you see suspicious activity, please contact law enforcement at our non-emergency number 804-520-9300 ext 7 or mall security.

We appreciate everyoneโ€™s cooperation in helping keep Southpark Mall safe and enjoyable for the community.

During National Police Week, we take a moment to honor and thank the men and women of the Colonial Heights Police Department, as well as officers everywhere, for their service and sacrifice. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ

They show up every day to protect and serve (often at the expense of time with family, holidays, weekends, and lifeโ€™s important moments) so that our communities remain safe. Their commitment means answering difficult calls, facing uncertainty, and doing it all with professionalism, courage, and restraint. ๐Ÿš”

This is a selfless profession that often goes unseen and underappreciated, but its impact is felt in every safe home, every peaceful night, and every life protected. โค๏ธ

To all officers: thank you for your dedication, your sacrifice, and your service. We are truly grateful for all that you do. ๐Ÿ™

๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’› Saving the Best for Last! ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ“ž

As we wrap up our National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week celebrations, we have one FINAL (and very special) thank you to share! ๐Ÿ™Œโœจ

A HUGE thank you to Incredible HVAC for going above and beyond โ€” visiting us THREE times in one day to make sure both shifts were covered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅช๐Ÿฝ๏ธ You truly spoiled us rotten, from the amazing meals to all the awesome merch, and your visits are always such a highlight for our team!

And for dinner, you made it even sweeter by bringing along Chris B Bakes, who treated our dispatchers to delicious desserts! ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿช It was the perfect way to end the day and our NPSTW celebrations on such a high note!

We are incredibly grateful for the support, generosity, and genuine kindness shown by both Incredible HVAC and Chris B Bakes. It means so much to our team to feel so appreciated by our community. ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ“ž National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (NPSTW) is dedicated to recognizing the voices behind the scenes โ€” the dispatchers who answer every call, provide calm in chaos, and help coordinate lifesaving responses. They are the first first responders, and their impact reaches far beyond what most people see.

Thank you again, Incredible HVAC and Chris B Bakes, for helping us close out NPSTW in such an unforgettable (and delicious!) way! ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ‰
