Today, the Dr. King Legacy Preservation Society was honored to accept Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Proclamations from El Paso County and the Colorado Springs City Council.

These proclamations are more than ceremonial—they are a call to action. They remind us that hatred, racism, and bigotry have no place in our society, and that each of us has a responsibility to stand for justice, equity, and human dignity.
