We are excited to welcome you to Back-to-School Night tomorrow- Tuesday, August 25th. Preschool families- you do not need to attend.
Back-to-School Night is a wonderful opportunity to visit your child’s classroom, connect with their teacher, and learn more about what you and your child can expect throughout the school year.
Back-to-School Night is designed primarily for parents, guardians, and adult family members. If possible, we kindly ask that children remain at home so that adults can focus on the information being shared and teachers can make the most of our short presentation times. We completely understand that childcare may not always be available, so please don't let that prevent you from joining us!
Back-to-School Night Schedule- Tuesday, August 25th
4:30–4:40 PM | All-Family Welcome — Gym
All families will begin the evening together in the gym for a brief welcome and introduction from the Monroe Administration Team.
4:45–5:10 PM | Rotation 1 — Classrooms
5:15–5:40 PM | Rotation 2 — Classrooms
5:45–6:10 PM | Rotation 3 — Classrooms
How Do the Rotations Work?
Following our all-family welcome, families can choose which classroom presentation they would like to attend during each rotation.
Teachers will give the same presentation during all three rotations, so you only need to attend one rotation for each of your children's teachers.
These rotations are designed to make Back-to-School Night easier for families with multiple children at Monroe. For example, if you have a 1st grader and a 4th grader, you can attend one child's classroom during Rotation 1 and the other child's classroom during Rotation 2.
