Good news — it’s easy!

As you work toward your 5,000 feet of elevation or 15 miles of distance, make sure you’re logging your progress throughout September so you can see those miles and feet add up.

Whether you’re walking, hiking, running, climbing, strolling, or rolling, every bit of movement counts toward your goal.
