The District is upgrading water meters with new advanced technology. If you have have received a letter from Utility Metering Solutions, (UMS) please call 1-844-741-6248 to schedule an appointment.

Utility manholes should never be entered unless by a trained and competent professional. Kids should never enter a manhole for any reason due to the various dangers associated with them. Dangers include toxic gases, lack of oxygen, explosive environment, and drowning. It takes less than 1 part per million of hydrogen sulfide exposure for the body to begin having side effects of this dangerous gas.
