Community Dental Health NPO CDH provides dental services to low income, uninsured people; clinic locations in Co Springs, Pueblo We also have a nursing home program.

Community Dental Health provides dental care to people of all ages who are low income, have Medicaid or have no insurance. Please call 719-310-3315 for more info & locations. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization-donations and volunteers are greatly needed & appreciated.

IT'S GIVING TUESDAY! PLEASE SUPPORT OUR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION Community Dental Health NPO We provide dental care for low income Seniors and Veterans who cannot afford dental care. Our grant funding has been cut in half and we need the support of our community to continue the care for our Vulnerable Elderly and Veterans (who do not receive dental care through the V.A.) ANY DONATION OVER $500 IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE and we will provide your donation verification! But any donation amount is greatly needed and appreciated! It takes a village and we need you!
