The fourth and fifth graders at Rogers get to choose from orchestra, band or choir. There are no fees at all. This is an amazing opportunity! Here are the 4th grade orchestra students demonstrating what they have learned so far.

Welcome parents to our September PTO meeting! It is great to see parents take the time to come to our meetings. PTO meetings are held at 3:20 on the first Thursday of the month in the library.

Mr. Diego Lishman came to us last spring to cover our 4th grade DLI class while the classroom teacher was on maternity leave. He has returned this fall to continue subbing until the classroom teacher returns. We are happy to have him here with us.

This week our fifth graders did some hands on science dissecting owl pellets. They all learned a lot!

Meet Maria Frausto! She has joined us to teach our 5th grade DLI class until Ms. Rodriguez returns from a family leave.

Mr. Walker, Ms. Brooke, and Mr. Michael surprised the kids by creating a four square court on the playground. I know the students are excited to try it out! We want to thank those three for going out of their way to make Rogers a great place to learn!
