We’re excited to welcome Jeremy Strom, Executive Director of Integrated Health & Wellness for the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, who will share: “Competing Stronger at Any Age: Inside the YMCA Multisensory Athlete Assessment.”
Jeremy brings over 20 years of global experience in fitness and athletic performance, having educated fitness professionals and trained athletes around the world. He has consulted for leading brands including Lifetime, Orangetheory, F45, Crunch, Decathlon, and GoodLife Fitness. Jeremy also helped bring Reaxing functional fitness equipment to the First & Main YMCA, expanding innovative training opportunities for older adults and special populations.
✨ Special Opportunity: During the networking portion of the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to try the YMCA Multisensory Athlete Assessment — free of charge.
