The Colton Joint Unified School District serves more than 21,000 students at 28 schools and has approximately 2,300 employees. It covers 48 square miles, comprised primarily of Bloomington, Colton and Grand Terrace. It also includes smaller portions of the cities of Rialto, Fontana, San Bernardino, Riverside and Loma Linda. The Colton Joint Unified School District page is provided for the

district community by the Colton Joint Unified School District’s (CJUSD) Communications and Information Technology departments. The purpose of this page is to build parent and community involvement, collaboration, promote learning and share information and resources. All posting of comments on this page are at the discretion of the page administrators. The page administrators will review all postings to make sure they adhere to both the district’s social media policy and the district’s Acceptable Use Guidelines regarding Internet access and practices. Inappropriate posts include, but not limited to, comments of a commercial nature, political activity, or comments that constitute discrimination or harassment or are directly critical of individual district employees or students. It is the district’s intention that this page be used for communication that is respectful, courteous and professional, and that users are responsible for the content of their posts. Due to the nature of social media, the views and comments expressed on this site are those of users and do not necessarily reflect the views of the district. Any user’s reference to a specific commercial product or service does not imply endorsement or recommendation of that product by the district. We welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to what you have to say. However, we will remove postings that:
• Break the law or encourage others to do so. This includes respecting copyright and fair use laws.

• Easily identify students and/or staff in defamatory, abusive, or generally negative terms.
• Do not show proper consideration for others’ privacy or are considered likely to offend or provoke others – i.e. don’t pick fights, bully or goad others into inflammatory debates.
• Are spam – i.e. repeatedly posting the same comment or comments that are simply advertising/promoting a service or product. Honorees included those who earned their High School Diplomas, GEDs, or completed Career Technical Education as Certified Nurse Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants or Certified Phlebotomy Technicians.
