Dorbrook Recreation Area is a 535-acre, active recreation site featuring a barrier-free playground, tennis courts, a sprayground, an inline rink, basketball courts, open fields, and paved trails. Portions of the Dorbrook Recreation Area Challenger Place Playground, Colts Neck, are currently closed. This will include the age 5-12 play area and swing area, which will be undergoing replacement of the rubber safety surfacing.

Work is expected to take approximately one month, with an estimated reopening of mid-May.
