Thank you to Governor Henry McMaster for signing H.3430 into law — an important step toward lawsuit reform. While this bill moves South Carolina in the right direction, it's clear that more must be done to restore fairness, protect small businesses, and keep our state competitive. The South Carolina House already has two strong bills teed up for 2026, and we’ll be there every step of the way fighting for real reform.
