Columbia Life Network Columbia Life Network is a general social service agency helping residents in the community access resources and address community needs.

Our mission is to Engage COLUMBIA residents at all stages of LIFE and provide a NETWORK of resources for all. Columbia Life Network was originally know as Community Life Network and opened its doors in July of 2004, after 100 community leaders joined together in a Broad Based Community Advisory Meeting. By building upon the strength of services already available and coordinating them with the addi

tion of various new services traditionally only available at the county level synergies and a logical flow of supports emerged to better promote the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities. The formulation of CLN incorporates into its design the means to move beyond entitlement programs to become fully self-supporting and move toward self-actualization.
