Great leaders do not need to say they are great leaders, their actions speak for themselves.

This class was blessed to have one of the best leader the Army has and we appreciate everything we learned here.

We are beyond thankful for the guidance, mentorship, and leadership of our instructor.

Here’s the last member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet the class Public Affairs Officer, 2nd Lt. Maricris McLane, hailing from Lucban, Quezon, Philippines.

Maricris chose the Adjutant General Corps because she believes in the importance of customer service. As prior enlisted, she also thinks the AG Corps is where she can best impact Soldiers lives and careers.

During the course, she hopes to learn the basic skills needed to be an effective HR professional and leader in the future.

Maricris will serve as an active duty AG Officer with the 130th Engineer Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Here’s the next member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet 6th Squad Leader, 2nd Lt. Peter Kim, hailing from South Everett, Washington.

Peter chose the Adjutant General Corps because he have always been interested in the Human Resources profession and he wanted to gain experience working as a part of one of the largest organizations in the U.S., the U.S. Army.

While in AG BOLC, he hopes to learn anything and everything that will help him be the best HR Officer he can be.

Peter will serve as an active duty AG Officer with the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

Here’s the next member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet 2nd Lt. Matthew Valdez, hailing from Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

Matthew chose the Adjutant General Corps because he is passionate about people and he feels that the AG Corps is the best way to positively impact the most amount of Soldiers.

He hopes to learn the techniques and skills necessary to become an effective Battalion Human Resources Officer and to be a great leader while in AG BOLC.

Matthew will serve as a Battalion Human Resources Officer with the 5th Battalion, 98th Regiment, 102nd Training Divison, U.S. Army Reserves at Edison, New Jersey.

Here’s the next member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet 2nd Lt. Ross Michael Galleto, hailing from Santa Rosa, California.

Ross chose the Adjutant General Corps because as a prior AG Non-Commissioned Officer, he loved the opportunity to help Soldiers and mentor them to better themselves when it came to personnel actions. He also wanted to expand his abilities to help all Soldiers in any possible way he could.

He hopes to learn from the course and expand his view on AG skills, abilities and the different ways to help accomplish the vastly different missions the Army has, as well as gain a strong network of peer support.

Ross will serve as a Battalion Human Resources Officer with the 9-104th Training Battalion, U.S. Army Reserves at Camp Parks, California.

The class learned Tactical Casualty Combat Care as part of the basic warrior tasks and battled drills lessons throughout the week. Lifesaving measures is a vital skill that every Soldier must learn.

Here’s the next member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet 2nd Lt. Morgan Webb, hailing from Houston, Texas.

Morgan chose the Adjutant General Corps because she believes Human Resources is critical to mission success and it puts her in a position to take care of Soldiers. AG is also the closest sector to her ideal profession in the Army, as a Judge Advocate General Officer. She plans to become a JAG Officer upon completion of law school at Texas Tech.

During the course, she expects to learn the day to day operations of an AG Officer as well as how to work with various personnel systems to be a successful Brigade Strength manager.

Morgan will serve with the 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Texas Army National Guard at Houston Texas upon completion of the course.

Here’s the next member of AG BOLC class 006-21!

Meet 2nd Lt. Ramon Antonio Blancopabon, hailing from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷

Ramon chose the AG Corps to show that AG personnel can be tactical experts as well as technical ones. He also wants to change the mindset within and about the AG Corps that AG Soldiers just sit behind a desk all day.

He hopes to learn the technical and leadership skills to lead the AG Soldiers and be an expert in the career field while in AG BOLC.

Ramon will serve as a Basic Training Platoon Leader with the 193rd Infantry Brigade at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
