UPDATE, 8:20, 10/15: All known outages have been repaired. The outage was caused by an open circuit due to a transformer that caught on fire and affected 1,336 customers. Power was restored at approximately 8:18 and lasted approximately 1 hour 13 minutes.
We appreciate our customers’ patience during the outage.

NOTICE: There is a water main break at 1814 East Broadway that will affect about 75 customers.
Affected customers will receive a hang tag.
Crews will be making repairs at the site near the intersection of East Broadway and Old 63 South. Motorists and pedestrians should exercise caution in the area.

Customers in the affected area should:

1) Boil water for three minutes prior to using it for cooking or drinking.
2) Not consume ice from an automatic ice maker. Remake ice with water that has been boiled for three minutes.
3) Disinfect affected dishes and food contact surfaces by immersing for one minute in clean tap water that contains one teaspoon of unscented bleach per gallon of water.
