Champions,

As the cycle officially comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the Soldiers hard work, growth, and perseverance. They arrived as civilians, they trained as a team, and now they move forward as confident, disciplined Soldiers of the United States Army.

To the families and loved ones who stood behind them every step of the way — thank you for your unwavering support, patience, and encouragement. Your strength made a difference, and your Soldiers carried that support with them through every challenge and every milestone.

To the Cadre, Special Staff, and Drill Sergeants of the 2nd Battalion 13th Infantry Regiment- thank you for your tireless commitment, long hours, and professional excellence. Your sacrifices, mentorship, and relentless dedication to standards ensured the success of this cycle and shaped these Soldiers into the Champions they are today. The impact you make is immeasurable, and this battalion’s success is a direct reflection of your hard work.

The lessons learned here will guide them through every formation, every field problem, and every new responsibility ahead. AIT is the next chapter — a chance to continue building their skills, deepen their professionalism, and grow in their Army careers.

We are incredibly proud of the Soldiers who trained under this battalion. Their dedication made this cycle a success, and we know they will continue to represent the Champion Battalion with honor wherever they go.

Wishing all our Soldiers and their families a safe, joyful, and Happy holiday.

Champions,

We have a surprise for you!

Yesterday, our Soldiers had the incredible opportunity to represent the best of the best at the USC Military Appreciation Game. They stood tall in front of thousands, showcasing the pride, discipline, and professionalism built right here on Fort Jackson — because Victory Starts Here.

This event wasn’t just a game; it was a moment for them to breathe, enjoy time away from the training environment, and feel the support of the South Carolina community. From the cheers in the stands to the recognition of service members on the field, our Soldiers were honored, celebrated, and reminded of the impact they’re already making.

We are proud of the way they carried themselves and represented their company, battalion, and the United States Army.
Well done, Champions — you showed everyone exactly what Fort Jackson produces: disciplined, motivated, and resilient Soldiers.
