This past weekend, the 81st RD Chaplain Directorate hosted a Relationship Enrichment event through the Chaplain Corps’ Building Strong and Ready Teams (BSRT) program.

Led by Chaplain Ausink, the event focused on building resilience at work and at home through practical sessions on trust, connection, and stronger relationships with coworkers and family members.

Communication across a command is highly important, not only digitally but physically. Staff from the 335th Signal Command (Theater) headquarters in East Point, Ga. Traveled to MacDill, AFB in Tampa, Florida to conduct a staff inspection with their counterparts at the 4JCSE/JECC-ARE, from August 25, 2026 through August 28, 2026.

A command staff inspection involves staff from higher headquarters traveling to subordinate elements in order to harmonize efforts and information.
