🌭 September 14: 9th Annual Charity Picnic – Join us for an evening of food, fellowship, and community as we come together to support veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

🤝 Case management goes far beyond paperwork, appointments, and conversations behind a desk.

As a Permanent Housing Program Case Manager, Christinia walks alongside veterans during some of their most vulnerable moments. Her work requires compassion, trust, accountability, and a willingness to ask difficult questions while reminding each veteran that someone is still in their corner.

That support does not end when a veteran receives the keys to a home. Through continued follow-up and connection, Christinia helps veterans adjust, overcome challenges, and work toward lasting stability.

For Christinia, Welcome Home is more than a workplace. In her words, “This isn’t just a place that I work. This is my home.”
