We had a great tryout yesterday! We had the most kids we’ve ever had to tryout! In light of that, there were just too many kids to make a Final Cut after one tryout.

🧪 Science in Action at CPJH! 🔬

Our 7th grade students got hands-on with chemical reactions! During today’s investigation, students observed a chemical reaction that releases energy and explored how energy and matter are involved in the process.

They took their learning even further by connecting these reactions to cellular respiration and discovering where this important process takes place inside the cell.

We love seeing our Spartans learning through investigation, observation, and discovery! ❤️💙

📣 Transportation Change Reminder

To help us make sure every student gets to the correct place at dismissal, all transportation changes must be received before 2:30 p.m.

Many of our students are participating in sports during 7th hour, which can make them more difficult to locate at the end of the day. We also begin preparing and distributing bus and car rider change notes at 3:00, so our office needs adequate time to get those notes to students before dismissal.

📵 Transportation changes cannot be made by phone. Please send a written note with your child or email the office.

We appreciate your help in getting changes to us early so we can make sure everyone gets home safely! ❤️💙
