“SFC Tommy Fields and SSG Jorge Rivera proudly represented the Northeast Chaplain Recruiting Office and the 1st Medical Recruiting Battalion at the annual Steps for Vets 5K—running with the U.S. flag to honor our veterans and raise awareness for the fight against veteran homelessness. With Cadet Gallagher and the George Mason ROTC Patriot Battalion leading event operations, this 5K brought Soldiers, cadets, and the community together in a powerful show of support. Our team contributed $525 to the cause, standing united in service and commitment to those who served.”
