If your family has a connection to Columbia’s Cotton Mill District, your photographs, documents and other treasures could help tell its story for generations to come!

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮 is a new series in partnership with Richland Library that focuses on the stories of Columbia’s neighborhoods.
📍 First stop: The Cotton Mill District.

We will scan your historic photographs, ephemera, and other 2D or small 3D materials for the Midlands Memories archives, while you take the originals home. Later, research will be done and the digital scans will be uploaded for public access.
