We were thrilled to be able to celebrate our volunteers at Segra Park over the weekend, to show them how much we appreciate all they do for us and for our clients. In honor of National Health Center Week (August 2-8) our friends at Waverly Women's Clinic hosted a baby shower! Rebekah and Tiffanie were both there to represent Birthright and to share a little more about who we are, and the many services we offer. Earlier this month, our Executive Director - Rebekah - got to reunite with her predecessor, Terry! The two of them were both attending a Women 4 Women event put on by Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, "Summer in Bloom" which raised money for Birthright. Rebekah was honored to attend, and to have the opportunity to personally thank our generous community of donors! Getting to visit with Terry was simply icing on the cake. We are SO excited to finally share with you all the total from our baby bottle fundraising campaign. The results are in, the last dollar counted, and you guys are AMAZING!! 🤩 When we all give a little, it amounts to a LOT. $40,782.70 to be exact. We simply cannot thank you all enough -all of you who gave, the churches who keep participating year after year, new churches who joined this year -THANK YOU! A very special THANK YOU to Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lexington for this bounty! Their Women’s Group hosted a shower for Birthright and we were so blessed by their food, their prayers, their testimonies and the abundance of baby items brought in! We were brought to tears by their outpouring of love for our clients and just how richly God has blessed our organization. Thank you so much!
