On Menstrual Hygiene Day, we recognize the importance of education and open conversations surrounding menstrual health and hygiene. Equally as important is safe and equal access to menstrual hygiene products for all. Everyone deserves the resources and support needed to care for their bodies with dignity and confidence.

Congratulations to HopeWorks' 2025-2026 Community Engagement Intern, Amelia!

For the past seven months, Amelia has been working behind the scenes as an intern to create and manage social media posts, publicize special events, and support HopeWorks' Community Engagement and Administrative staff. During her internship, Amelia also led two presentations to our Youth Leadership Cohort — one on the history of riot grrrl culture and zines, and another on youth mental health awareness.
