The Dinosaur Experience will be at the Caldwell Parish Library on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. to help us celebrate Summer Reading.

Mrs. Johnnie Beatty will be at the library on Wednesday, March 11, for a signing of her new book, The Uncertain Journey, from Noon - 3 p.m.

We have an interesting line up for the 2026 Voices On The Ouachita. Hope to see you on one of these dates, March 5th, 6th & 7th. Call 318-649-5058 or go by the Schepis Museum in Columbia. Tickets are $25.(share and like this for a chance to win 2 tickets. Winner will be picked this Friday)

Markaye Russell, LSU Ag Extension Agent and new Nutrition and Community Health Agent for Caldwell Parish, will be at the Library February 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. for a free demonstration on Easy Skillet One Pot Meals (for one to two).
