The Saturday workday has been changed to Sunday morning at 8 AM due to personnel scheduling conflicts.

See you Sunday!!!

07/06/2026

Fellow members:

July is here and that means Puckerbrush and the Lobster lunch on Action Pistol Sunday.

June's workday saw 8 members showing up who outdid themselves and accomplished a lot.

But it was not enough for the big event.

Our Puckerbrush workday will be on Saturday, July 11th, at 8 AM. We hope for a good turnout.

Monday, 13 July, at the monthly meeting, we will be assigning tasks necessary to operate the Puckerbrush event successfully. Please attend.

While on the subject of "tasks"...

Maintenance continues to be a problem not easily dealt with by an aging membership. One solution might be hiring a maintenance person. This would likely entail a dues increase or a surcharge on all types of memberships. Let's try to avoid that!

Lastly: The club's membership list is not shared with anyone and never has been. If you need a member's email or phone number come to an event or meeting and ask that person. On special important occasions a club officer can supply that information on an individual basis. This has been club policy for years.

See you on the work day! And Puckerbrush!!

Military Rifle Shoot

Saturday 6-27-27

The first Rifle shoot will be held on the last Saturday of the month the morning of Action Pistol setup with the hope that the participants will help with the setup.

Start time 8:30 AM.

We will discuss the form of the shoot with an eye towards the NRA ARC program.

The 50 and 200 yard ranges will be open as usual.

If we have enough participants, we will continue on the last Saturday.

The cost per person will be $20 including a PRFGCA special lunch.

Last Saturday morning of the month at 8:30 AM, $20 including lunch. Sounds like a plan!

NRA ARC is "America's Rifle Challenge". We have the rule book but would rather keep the shoot local.
