Tiger Pantry was founded in 2012 and based off of the Full Circle Pantry at the University of Arkansas. A member of the MSA Executive Cabinet, Nick Droege, worked with faculty and students to establish a similar pantry for the Mizzou community. Tiger Pantry serves as an auxiliary of the Central and Northeast Missouri Food Bank, providing assistance to anyone affiliated with the university, includi

ng students, faculty, and staff. The pantry not only provides food for its clients, but also works to educate the campus on issues of food insecurity and the intersectionality of hunger.

What a year!!! This post does more than honor the work of our student leaders. We are profoundly grateful for the time, money, kindness, and drive that every advisor, donor, partner, patron, and volunteer has given to our organization. Tiger Pantry and Truman’s closet will continue to be THE student-led food pantry and professional wardrobe that our university deserves. Fight Tiger! 🐯
