🏡 Helping Seniors Stay Safe At Home

Join SC UpLift Community Outreach for our Older Adults’ Home Modification Program Information Session taking place June 2nd–5th from 8AM–12 Noon at the Union County Farm & Craft Market.

Learn how eligible seniors in Chester, Fairfield, and Union Counties may qualify for free “low cost” home modifications including grab bars, railings, lever handle fixtures, and more.

SC UpLift Community Outreach and our Older Adults’ Home Modification Program (OAHMP) are proud to support this incredible community event on June 4th and 5th at the Union Farm & Craft Market.

This festival is a wonderful opportunity to bring the community together while highlighting culture, education, local resources, and meaningful outreach efforts throughout Union County.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about our Older Adults’ Home Modification Program and how we are helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes through accessibility and safety focused home improvements.
