An elderly gentleman was facing eviction from his apartment due to a bed bug infestation. An exterminator spayed his unit multiple times, but was unable to get rid of the bed bugs.

It was determined that he needed to properly prep the unit prior to the pest control company's arrival, including laundering all linens in his unit.

Unfortunately, he was physically unable to do so.

We get these calls often unfortunately. Most companies don't provide these services, as they either don't know how or can't find technicians willing to do the work.
