🚨 CAMPUS SAFETY STARTS WITH ALL OF US! 🚨

Last weekend, the Benedict College Police Department conducted Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training on campus.

Our students had the opportunity to engage in meaningful, real-talk discussions with campus police, led by Chief Kevin Portee and Lt. Shae Sherman, about how to respond during an active shooter or other critical incident.

We encourage every member of the Benedict College community to remember ADD:

🔹 A — AVOID the danger when possible
🔹 D — DENY access to your location
🔹 D — DEFEND yourself as a last resort

What you do matters. If you see something, say something. We ALL play an important role in keeping our campus safe. 🐯💜
