Hose testing for 2026 is in the books. Over 7,000 feet of hose tested. If your not using these guys check into it. This would have been several nights for the members to test everything

Also a big thank you to Bob and Jason Utter for bringing their farming equipment to our rescue. Louisa County dispatch was crucial in handling all the communications. THANK YOU to all.

When we bought our ladder truck a few years back, we knew we wanted to do something about the color. At $42,000 to paint it, that wasn't an option. Then came Dylan Maine from Midwest Graphics And Wraps to our rescue. This kid does amazing work and is very detailed orientated. We couldn't be happier with the way our ladder turned out and now looks like it belongs at our station.

This January, two members of Columbus Jct Fire & Rescue have decided to retire from our fire dept.
TR Wagner had close to 15 years on the dept serving as a dept trustee and truck engineer. TR also took charge of making sure everything was in order for our fundraiser.
Andy White had over 15 years of service serving as 1st asst chief and as captain. Andy was also involved in training new members and shared his knowledge on the fire ground. Having served many years fighting fires for Muscatine Fire Dept we were able to tap that knowledge for our dept. Our community owes both these gentlemen a huge thank you for the work and time they contributed.
These 4 boots will not be easy to fill.
